Why are there so many attorneys in public office? Can anyone answer that? Rick Boucher is just another in the list. Another brick in the incumbent-lawyer wall.

Frank Wolf is a typical late 20th century republican from Virginia’s 10th district.  He supported President Bush’s Iraq policies (but causing some grief when creating the Iraq Study Group).  He’s generally supported by right leaning groups and generally opposed by left leaning groups.

Tom Perriello is a first term congressman serving Virginia’s 5th district. It would be great if he could learn the lesson of term limits and commit to stepping down after his first term. For the record he voted for the2009 economic stimulus package.
