Missouri Congressman Ike Skelton
Ike Skelton, former attorney and Eagle Scout, has represented Missouri’s 4th district for over 30 years. The Boy Scout Law doesn’t specifically mention “unselfish”, it’s pretty much implied in their motto, slogan and oath. It would be very unselfish of Mr. Skelton to to step down and let someone else take is place.
