Joe Barton

Texas Congressman Joe Barton
Joe Barton breaks our Democrat streak of 7 as the next representative we wish to not reelect. Not only is he unique as a Republican, he’s also not an attorney (it’s been a while since we said something about that). This engineer has been in congress for 24 years.
Congressman Barton is a typical congressman. He’s done lots of work for those who help him get reelected. This is typical of both sides. And this is why we think that term limits are so important…especially when they are market driven. Not reelecting Joe Barton would be a great market solution to the problem of those who think congressional office is a career…especially Joe Barton.
