Nevada Senator John Ensign
John Ensign’s recent admission of an affair and paying off his mistress have probably made it difficult for John Ensign to run for office again, but we feel it important that we point out if he runs in 2012, it will be for his third term.
There are lots of reasons to vote against him, primarily that he can’t keep his personal promises. But the greatest argument against him is that he is was on track to become a serial politician. He was a congressman prior to being elected to the Senate and I’m sure he had greater ambitions, even if he’s a veterinarian.
