North Dakota Senator Kent Conrad
Kent Conrad, the current Senate Budget Committee Chairman, as been in the Senate since 1986. His entire career has been in public service, being paid by the tax payers. He has also been implicated in a potential issue involving Countrywide Mortgage. Regardless, he’s been in the Senate for more than one term. It’s time to put someone else in this North Dakota senate seat.

Kent Conrad also did not re-run for his Congreesional seat many years ago saying that he had done all he could to serve the people of the state. Coincidentally this was the last year legislators could resign office and take their excess campaign war chest funds personally and not have to surrender them to the national parties. Conrad then immediately ran for the Snate seat.
So much for honesty in government.
