Colorado Senator Michael Bennet
Like Roland Burris, Michael Bennet wasn’t elected. He was appointed by Colorado governor to take the newly appointed Interior Secretary Ken Salazar’s vacated Senate seat. Like Senator Burris, he can’t be reelected to his Colorado senate seat. Be we can make sure he doesn’t get elected.
Michael Bennet does have a distiguished record of public and private service. But after reading his bio it becomes clear that he would be better suited for regular employment in the private sector. His professional career has been mostly as a ward of the state — he’s income came from the tax payers. But this short stints in the private sector were successful and probably created more jobs, created more wealth and contributed to the economy than any of his other positions. Let’s send Michael Bennet back to the privte sector to do some more good there.
