TfTL’s series of Thursday Term Limit Tasks.  Each week a new action item will be posted designed to help you term limit those currently in office.

In order for us to have any success at implementing voter based term limits (that is we vote out incumbents) it is important that our efforts begin early. It starts with individuals who want to really make a difference. Real political change comes when we decide to act.

Task #2: Who’s opposing the incumbent?

Task #1 was to find out who’s running for office in your area.  You can’t act if you are not informed.  Once you know who’s running, come back and post up what you’ve found.

Today’s task is to find out who’s running against the incumbent.  You should be able to contact your local party to find out. Learn all you can about them.

Once you know who’s running against, you can make an informed decision to support that person, or find someone else to endorse.  You may even discover that you’re the right person for a term.

After you’ve found out who the opposition is, if any, post them on TfTL.

That’s today’s Term Limiting task.

Oh, yeah, while you’re at it, buy a shirt.
